Is this for lenders or borrowers?+

PML OS is built for the BORROWER. The real estate investor who uses hard money and private money to fund flips, wholesale deals, and acquisitions. You're managing the relationships with your lenders, not originating loans.

What's the difference between PML OS and an LOS like LendingWise or Mortgage Automator?+

Those platforms are built for lenders to originate and service loans. PML OS is built for investors who USE private money. We track your lenders, your deals, your docs, and your capital from the borrower's side. A perspective no LOS covers.

What does 'Beta' mean? Is my data safe?+

Beta means you're getting early access to a product we're actively improving based on real user feedback. Your data is secured by Supabase with row level security and encrypted at rest. We can't see your information and you can't see ours. Beta pricing is significantly discounted. When we move to the full release, the price goes up.

I only have 2 or 3 private lenders. Is this worth it?+
